The contact form may collect your name, work email, organization, role, transformation challenge, preferred next step, and consent acknowledgement. Technical security logs may also be created by the hosting or form-processing provider.
Purpose of collection
Information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, assess whether an advisory conversation is appropriate, maintain reasonable business records, and protect the website from misuse. It is not used to place you on a marketing list unless you separately request that.
Contact-form processing
When online submission is available, contact inquiries may be handled by a secure form-delivery or cloud infrastructure provider acting only to transmit and support the response to the inquiry. The relevant processing category or named provider will be identified here when applicable.
Retention
Inquiry information should be retained only as long as reasonably required to respond, manage a potential or active advisory relationship, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Information that is no longer required should be deleted or anonymized.
Sharing and sale
Personal information is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the website and contact process, or where required by law. Service providers should receive only the information needed for their role.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics are disabled by default. If enabled, the site should use a cookie-free, privacy-conscious analytics service. No non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are currently required, so no cookie banner is presented.
Your choices and contact rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, subject to applicable obligations. Where an inquiry has been made through an available contact channel, privacy requests may be raised through that same channel.
